Terms of Service

AVRAP provides recruiting visibility education and tools. We tell families what the platform does, what it does not do, and what responsible use requires.

Effective and last updated: August 12, 2026

By accessing or using AVRAP Advantage, you agree to these Terms. If you use AVRAP for a minor, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that minor.

1. What AVRAP provides

AVRAP provides self-guided education, athlete visibility assessments, profiles, recruiting-process organization, templates, media and document organization, positioning, school strategy, outreach tracking, resources, and authorized family or advisor views. Available features may change as the platform develops.

AVRAP is not a recruiting agency, agent, scholarship provider, admissions service, or college-placement service. We do not promise offers, scholarships, admission, roster positions, playing time, or recruiting outcomes.

2. The decisions remain yours

Talent can still be overlooked when an athlete is in the wrong position, wrong scheme, wrong environment, or has no credible visibility system. AVRAP gives families education and tools to evaluate those issues. Families remain responsible for recruiting, transfer, academic, athletic, eligibility, financial, medical, and legal decisions and should consult qualified professionals when needed.

3. Accounts and authorized use

  • Provide accurate information and keep login credentials private.
  • Use only accounts, athlete profiles, and records you are authorized to access.
  • Do not share paid access to avoid purchasing access for additional athletes or households.
  • Individual and family access cover only the athlete-profile quantity stated at checkout.
  • Notify AVRAP promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Submitted content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant AVRAP a limited license to host, process, display, resize, transmit, and back up the content as needed to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have permission to submit all film, photographs, documents, data, and links.

5. Acceptable use

You may not violate law or eligibility rules; impersonate others; upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or malicious material; scrape or resell platform data; send spam; interfere with security; reverse engineer protected systems; or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Memberships and payments

Prices, profile limits, billing frequency, included features, and introductory terms are displayed at checkout. Recurring memberships renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply. Future pricing or features may change with notice when required.

7. Suspension and termination

AVRAP may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, violation of these Terms, or conduct that harms users or the platform. You may stop using AVRAP at any time, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Availability and disclaimers

AVRAP is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, coach attention, evaluation, eligibility, admission, scholarships, or any recruiting result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVRAP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from platform use or recruiting decisions. Where liability cannot be excluded, AVRAP’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid to AVRAP during the six months before the claim.

10. Updates and contact

We may revise these Terms by publishing a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revision. Questions: [email protected].
