1. How to cancel
Use subscription management in your AVRAP account when available, or email [email protected] from the account email. Include the account holder’s name. Cancellation normally takes effect after the current paid period.
2. Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged twice, charged after a timely cancellation, or charged an incorrect amount. We will investigate verified billing errors and correct them when appropriate.
3. Technical-access problems
If an AVRAP technical failure prevented meaningful use of a paid product, contact us within seven calendar days of purchase. Depending on the facts, we may provide troubleshooting, restored access, account credit, or a refund. This does not guarantee a refund for unused time, a change of mind, failure to complete the program, or recruiting outcomes.
4. Professional services
One-on-one consulting, evaluation, profile work, media, websites, film review, or other professional services may have separate written terms. Deposits, completed work, scheduled time, and nonrecoverable costs may be nonrefundable as disclosed before purchase.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact AVRAP first so we can review the issue. Filing a chargeback for a valid charge may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
6. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy removes refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law provides greater protection, that law controls.
