Frequently Asked Questions
No recruiting fluff. Here is what AVRAP is, what it is not, and what serious student-athletes and families should expect.
What is AVRAP Advantage?
AVRAP is the Athlete Visibility & Recruiting Advantage Program—a visibility-first education and organization platform for serious student-athletes and their families. It connects athlete identity, academics, measurements, statistics, media, positioning, school strategy, outreach, and next actions.
Is AVRAP a recruiting agency or placement service?
No. AVRAP does not place athletes, represent athletes to colleges, control evaluations, or guarantee offers. We help athletes build credible visibility so coaches can find, understand, and evaluate them.
Why does AVRAP focus on visibility instead of just readiness?
Because an athlete can be ready and still be invisible. Talent cannot create opportunity when nobody can find it, verify it, understand the athlete’s fit, or see a clear recruiting story. Readiness grows when the right information, proof, positioning, and activity become visible.
Does AVRAP guarantee scholarships or offers?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a coach’s decision, admission, a roster spot, or scholarship money. AVRAP provides education, tools, organization, and visibility strategy—not guaranteed outcomes.
Who is AVRAP for?
AVRAP is for serious athletes and families willing to look honestly at position, scheme, measurements, film, academics, competition, presentation, and recruiting environment—and make hard decisions when necessary.
Can AVRAP be used for sports other than football?
Yes. AVRAP’s visibility principles apply across sports. Sport-specific tools and content will continue expanding. The app and current checkout description identify what is included today.
What is the difference between individual and family access?
Individual access covers the athlete quantity shown at checkout. Family access supports multiple athlete profiles up to the stated limit and may support more than one sport. One paid account cannot be shared to create unlimited athlete profiles.
What can parents or guardians see?
Authorized family members can access athlete information and tools allowed by their relationship and membership. They do not automatically receive access to unrelated athletes.
What can an advisor or coach see?
An assigned advisor can access athletes connected to that advisor and only the tools permitted by the platform. Access is controlled by roles and relationships.
Is the visibility assessment a college-coach evaluation?
No. The assessment measures the completeness, credibility, and visibility of the athlete’s recruiting presentation. It does not predict a scholarship, replace coach evaluation, or determine playing level.
Can I cancel a monthly membership?
Yes. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future billing. Access generally continues through the paid period. Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details.
Are one-on-one professional services included?
Not unless the checkout or written offer specifically says so. Evaluations, consultations, film review, profile work, websites, media, and do-it-for-you services may be offered separately.
How do I get support?
Email [email protected] from the email attached to your account. Explain the page, what you tried, what you expected, and what happened. Never send your password or full card number.
Still need an answer?
Send the details. We would rather solve the real issue than make you guess.
