Privacy Policy

We collect what is needed to operate AVRAP, support the athlete, protect accounts, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal information.

Effective and last updated: August 12, 2026
Plain language: AVRAP helps families build recruiting visibility. We use account and athlete information to provide that service—not to sell somebody’s personal story.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email, role, login identifiers, and preferences.
  • Athlete information: school, sport, position, graduation year, measurements, academics, statistics, awards, recruiting goals, target schools, and profile details.
  • Media and documents: film links, photos, headshots, transcripts, and supporting materials uploaded or linked by authorized users.
  • Relationships: authorized connections between athletes, parents or guardians, and assigned advisors.
  • Billing records: subscription status, purchase history, and payment references. Card data is processed by our payment provider and is not stored directly by AVRAP.
  • Technical information: browser, device, IP address, usage logs, errors, and security events.
  • Communications: support requests, feedback, and platform messages.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide athlete profiles, assessments, education, planning, and visibility tools; connect authorized family members and advisors; process purchases; respond to support; prevent fraud; troubleshoot problems; comply with law; and improve AVRAP.

3. How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that operate authentication, hosting, databases, analytics, communications, storage, and payments. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users or AVRAP, or during a business transaction. Authorized family members and assigned advisors may see athlete information based on their permissions.

4. Student-athletes and minors

A parent or legal guardian should create, authorize, or supervise an account for a minor and should not submit information they do not have permission to provide. AVRAP is not intended for unsupervised use by children under 13.

5. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information. Some information may be required to operate an account, and some records may be retained for security, billing, dispute resolution, backup, or legal compliance.

6. Retention and security

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary afterward. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security. Protect your password and notify us promptly about unauthorized access.

7. Third-party services

AVRAP may link to college, recruiting, video, social-media, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies.

8. Policy updates

We may update this policy as AVRAP develops. The effective date at the top will identify the current version.
